One Man Coffee

Having sampled every café in One-North, One Man Coffee rises above them all as a singular marvel. From the moment I first crossed the threshold of One Man Coffee, I felt as though I had stepped into a dreamscape gently brushed by morning light. Here, the baristas move with the grace of seasoned ballet dancers, their every gesture a silent ode to ritual and craft. In the bustling, thriving metropolis that is Singapore, it is in this modest sanctuary that I rediscovered wonder: the kind that seeps into your bones and transforms the act of drinking coffee into a pilgrimage of the soul. Dwelling here is Ler Song(?), a barista whose hands choreograph each movement with the finesse of a maestro, drawing from every bean a chord of pure resonance. In the subtle curve of his smile lies an unspoken invitation to believe - that every cup he fashions is nothing less than a gentle benediction. Watching him at the counter, one senses that true artistry need not proclaim itself; it breathes instead in the curling steam above the cup and the soft light in his quietly knowing eyes. One Man Coffee is, in every sense, a once in a lifetime revelation, and I count myself endlessly fortunate to have discovered its quiet wings.

A small cosy coffee place. Friendly service from staffs, Melody and Leshawn. Ordered Cappuccino, was good, if stronger will be best. Came in mid afternoon, sun shining into the cafe, have to sit under sunlight.

A small quaint coffee place which I must say the coffee tastes different from others but in a good way. Had a latte and it had a tinge of fruitiness & chocolate. It was robust and was a good perk me up. You should pop by for a good cuppa if you are around the area!

Great coffee and service here. Was here for my morning fix while waiting for my client and really enjoyed the flavourful and robust coffee. Wish it was triple the size thought that would probably set me over the edge for caffeination.

One Man Coffee is my regular go-to for my morning cuppa ever since I started working at One North. The coffee is excellent. The baristas are passionate about their craft and want to serve each customer a good cup of coffee. The milk to espresso ratio in my oat latte is proportioned via a weighing scale to ensure that it’s balanced; the beans are never over-extracted. Every cup I’ve had to date has remained consistent; smooth with that caffeine kick, never astringent. The baristas are always friendly and provide excellent service. No matter how busy they can get, they always make sure customers are promptly attended to. The space may be a little small to sit in, so I usually do a take away, but One Man Coffee always makes my work mornings feel brighter.
